Rose Mary graduated from Johnston Community College as a member of Phi Beta Kappa with an Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. Licensed as a Massage Therapist, she also holds a certificate in Level I Reiki and has received specialized training in Trigger Point Therapy. In her practice she uses a variety of massage modalities including: Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage, Corporate Seated Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Aquatic Massage Therapy, and Reflexology. Rose Mary believes in a holistic approach to wellness with an emphasis on the need for more positive touch in one's life. She stresses the clinical benefits of regular massage, teaching clients that massage not only facilitates recovery from muscle injury and stress, but can also reduce blood pressure, increase circulation, improve respiration, and ease digestion. Her massages are designed to promote the body's own healing within itself. As she continues to hone her massage skills, Rose Mary is currently working towards a Bachelors of Science degree in Fitness and Wellness Management.
